It is a supreme herb for boundaries and for relaxing tension, especially when there’s fear around the dream world, which helps to strengthen you so you can rest. These two herbs together smell lovely and give you peace of mind about your worries and what you might encounter in the dreamworld.

We recommend placing your sleep pillow in your pillow case or under your pillow. Feel free to give the herbs a little “crunch” each evening before bed as you unwind and set intentions for peaceful rest.
Don’t forget to remove your sleep pillow from your pillowcase before doing laundry!
We suggest replacing your sleep pillow with a fresh one every 4-6 months.
