This is one of the very first herbal remedies I learned how to make in herb school. Over the years, I’ve shared it widely with friends, family, and neighbors. I taught classes on how to make sleep pillows and I saw first-hand over and over again how powerful the plants are. Aromatic herbs have changed my own sleep and have helped so many loved ones to get better rest. I just adore this blend. All four of these plants have long histories of being used aromatically to help people sleep. Not only do they smell amazing together, they lend support in calming the mind, falling asleep, and staying asleep.

Pillow Ingredients

Hops (Humulus lupulus), Lavender (Lavendula spp), Chamomile (Matricaria chamomilla), Rose (Rosa rugosa, Rosa damascena). All are Certified Organic.

Pillow Use & Care

We recommend placing your sleep pillow in your pillow case or under your pillow. Feel free to give the herbs a little “crunch” each evening before bed as you unwind and set intentions for peaceful rest.

Don’t forget to remove your sleep pillow from your pillowcase before doing laundry!

We suggest replacing your sleep pillow with a fresh one every 4-6 months.

Each pillow weighs approximately 0.6 ounces and is made with organic cotton and organic herbs. Each pillow is approx. 3 inches square.

Some patterns are limited in quantity due to fabric availability.
