Mugwort helps us to step into the dreamworld and connect on a deeper level. A moon herb, it is a classic dreamweaving herb, helping us to tap into our dreams, glean from them, but at the same time to feel protected. Combined with Lavender, this heavenly aroma can lend support in falling asleep, dreaming more vividly, and also recalling dreams.

We recommend placing your sleep pillow in your pillow case or under your pillow. Feel free to give the herbs a little “crunch” each evening before bed as you unwind and set intentions for peaceful rest.
Don’t forget to remove your sleep pillow from your pillowcase before doing laundry!
We suggest replacing your sleep pillow with a fresh one every 4-6 months.
