One thing I love to do while having a cup of tea is to take a few minutes to journal. Sometimes it’s planning my week, sometimes it’s setting intentions, sometimes it’s focusing on a metta, and sometimes I just need a creative outlet to doodle or sketch. This particular notebook is specifially for rituals. A phrase a day, a way to refocus, a way to balance time, and it’s not the same boring layout each week. Every week is fresh and different and allows you to put on the page whatever you’d like. I discovered these notebooks by Creator’s Friend a few years ago and completely fell in love. I’m thrilled to be offering them and I hope you love them as much as I do. Steep a cup of tea, grab your favorite pen and colored pencils, and jump right in.
